I had a wonderful time speaking a few weeks ago to the RSA, the Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures and Commerce, which for over 250 years “has been a cradle of enlightenment thinking and a force for social progress.”  The RSA tradition lives on today in an ongoing free speakers’ series (see for example this cool animation of a Stephen Pinker talk).
Here is a 15-minute condensation of a talk I gave about my book, Carrots and Sticks: Unlock the Power of Incentives to Get Things Done.
