Help with rental management can i sue or not pay my rent?
Since I moved to this house I signed a year lease, the fence is falling down, n the property management says there gana call n they have not fixed it. Can I sue? Can I break the lease? I don't want to ruin my credit. I don't feel safe the fence is haft ways down the neighbors dog goes to my yard n me and my kids are afraid.. please let me know what steps I can take..thank u so much.
No, you can do neither regarding a fence. Sometimes for issues with the house, but never things outside the house.
If your kids are at risk you do the parent thing and fix it yourself so your children are safe. You don't put your children at risk because of anyone else, the kids are first.
