How much should I charge to care for a vacation rental?
I am currently cleaning a vacation rental, but no one is managing. They always are asking me to do extra things and would like to establish a monthly fee to control things that do not work, organization and purchase of supplies, and meet people for service. What is a fair price? Note that it takes me 30 minutes to get there.
It is legal for you to charge money to manage the rental property owners that are unlicensed to do so. If you are not a licensed real estate agent that should be involved in this.
