Do you use financial software to keep track of rent?
What program do you use to keep track of rent? I've been looking at Quicken Home & Business 2007, but the reviews on Amazon.com are not good. There are only three opinions, however. Would you recommend this software, or is there something better? Can you tell me the pros and cons of the different programs you have used? I have seen some amazing software and hire more (flip, rehabilitation, property management, etc.) I think sells for around $ 79. I have a 'real estate information website. I'm working on putting information about the software on it. However, since it is a lot work, the updated version has not been published yet. I'm trying to publish again in the coming weeks.
