Is there a loop hole to end a lease?
Trying to get out of a lease in Cobb County, Georgia / Ivy Commons Apartments (Milestone Management) is the worst I've been with them for over 3 years and are trying to keep as a hostage in my lease. I have to pay termination fees or exit in March 09. Six months later and still get the money me ....
read your lease and your response should be there. Each contract is different so it's hard to say what will happen without seeing it. Since you are breaking the lease, you may want you pay a month or so in the rent or may try to make him pay the rent until I get the rented again or until the contract ends. I think a vacuum would be a reason the apartment is not able to live in (roaches, crime), etc.
