Can anyone help a new family of Montana to find a rental house?
We are moving from Tacoma, WA MT, due to my husbands career. The new work is in Gallatin Gateway, near Bozeman area, we would like to find something within 30-45 minutes of Gallatin in the $ 300 - $ 950 price range monthly rent. We have posted ads on Craigslist this week, several times, here's an example: but havent even gotten http://bozeman.craigslist.org/rew/2327963432.html a response. Can you help us locate a rental house that has room for two adults, two children and a dog of 65 pounds? Maybe you know someone who has rental housing, or have a friend of a friend, or perhaps you have a house available? Thanks for looking. Any hints or help appreciated. NOTE: Management Companies the property is not an option. Private rentals please.
You do not know the area, you need a realtor who does. Find one that operating in the area you intend to move. Can be directed to private tenants on the basis of their needs and specifications.
