In Georgia does tenants have any rights after unknown foreclosure?

My rent is paid for this month, and my depoisit was given 10 years ago. I picked up newspaper on Monday my rental property was up for sale on courthouse steps Tuesday.
A stranger comes to my door on thursday to give me phone number of new owner and to tell me i will have to leave right away....now i cant get my rent, deposit or pet deposit refunded and told i must go. I dont have the funds to just go or a place to go either. What can i do? Do I have any rights or can i get from them any relocation fees....someone please help.

Your problem is your legal recourse is against the old landlord to collect any deposit monies paid, which maybe hard since the landlord lost the house might not have much assets

but the when the lender foreclosed on the property, that foreclosure wipes out encumbrances that came afterward IE junior which your lease is so the new owner has clear title to the home and owes you no legal obligation in regard to your deposits
