Our landlord is selling his 4 unit townhome rental property, What could happen to us?
I was searching the local real estate ads and saw that our townhome (which we rent) and the 3 other units next to us are being all sold by our landlord. Could anyone explain what might take place when it is sold? the link to the real estate sale page is: http://www.crownridge.com/mi-real-estate/zeeland-michigan-homes.php (it is the 11th property listing down the list and says 4 unit for 399,999) Any comments would be greatly appreciated as something like this hasn't happened to us before. Thanks!
Depends on the reason for the sale, like if they need the space to build something else or he just doesn't want it anymore. They could decide just to keep you all there or move you all out.
