How long does the business management department has to issue me a water bill?
Hi, I have been living in the same complex apartments of 200 units per year. Recently, the company has changed water management "vendors", basically the company that realizes the water bill and sends to residents. I have not received a water bill for 3 months from the billing company that has changed. When asked about my account with the apartment manager informed me that the new company is having difficulties and could take some months to resolve. Director told us what would happen once this is sorted out, we were going to get 5 to 6 months worth of bills wrapped in one. Our lease specifically states tenants are responsible for water, but there is a "reasonable" time frame that these bills be sent? Thanks for your help!
No. There is no deadline for bills to be prepared and mailed. Since you know you will get these charges in the future, it is necessary to set aside an amount adequate to cover monthly expenses when they finally arrive. A change of suppliers will not change much your monthly bill, if at all. Therefore, history of charges in case will give a good indication of the amount set aside.

There is a handling fee for life in a apartment or an apartment to pay a management company. If an apartment or a flat rent, which must pay the processing fee - the owner of the house or the tenant?
The owner (lessee) of the property is responsible for paying maintenance fees, ground rent and service charges (including fees management). The tenant is only responsible for paying the rent and other incidental expenses that may have been agreed. ie, utilities, municipal taxes, etc. The owner is the person who receives the benefit of the management services company, not the tenant.
