I can rent my house for the conversion and my home insurance policy from an owner ....?
I drive a school bus in the spring, then on the road and usually go home or lease of any other place ..... I will move temporarily to Texas, while in school and just get a PO box, while I live with my sister in her place ...... Where it never stops for the night my semi is where I will be "alive ".... Since my house is not my primary residence, what are the tax consequences if, as it will become a holiday? People living in the house, essentially going to pay my mortgage me, so do not even see the $, that there will be no income for me and then I have to pay a property management company about $ 300 a month so they can collect rent, and keep an eye on the place ...
