What is an average rate a property mangement real cooperation. is responsible for managing one of my rental properties?

I want to buy properties set in Little Rock, Ar. First I thought the release of these homes because they can buy so cheap. But the so-called experts all say that now is a bad time to flip. But if you can buy a decent house for 20k and 5k sink on it, I would think it could definitely sell it for 45k if the compositions are in the neighborhood selling for that. So I thought of entering the rental business and rent a rental management partner. I live in Tucson and I am a retired contractor, to can fix a lot of things. But I have fear of getting ripped off. A little hard for me to fix a leaky faucet live 1000 miles away. Do these Mgmnt. companies to make repairs to light, or simply collect rent for you? Thanks

We pay 10% of the income received to a property manager of Arizona, and she charges us, plus, for repairs and advertising. If you live in Tucson, why not buy a vacation home right where you live? Even so many bargains to be found there - and much easier to do their own repairs and oversee the property, even if it is managed professionally.
